Right of withdrawal for online tasting reservations:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the reservation contract, without any penalty and without providing any reason, within 24 hours of the booking date.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Cantina Vignaluna Snc of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement (email).

I, the undersigned (customer’s first and last name), tax code (___________________), residing at (________________________________________________________________________), hereby declare my intention to exercise my right of withdrawal from the reservation contract entered into on (booking date ____________________) for (description of reservation).

I therefore request a refund of the amount of (EUR ___________) using the payment method used at the time of booking.

To comply with the withdrawal period, the customer must send the withdrawal notice before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Withdrawal is only possible if the service has not yet been provided.

Effects of withdrawal from online tasting reservations:

Following withdrawal, Cantina Vignaluna Snc shall reimburse the customer for all payments received without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day on which Cantina Vignaluna Snc is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.

Such refunds shall be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, the customer shall not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
